স্মার্টফোনের নিরাপত্তার জন্য অনেকেই পাসওয়ার্ড লক বা প্যাটার্ন লক দিয়ে রাখেন। ফেস লক বা ফিঙ্গার লকও ব্যবহার করেন অনেকে। যাতে ফোনটি অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত মানুষের স্পর্শ না পড়ে। তবে এই প্যাটার্ন ভুলে গেলে আর দুর্ভোগের শেষ থাকে না।
এমন সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হলে কয়েকটি কাজ করতে পারেন। চলেন জেনে নেওয়া যাক কী করবেন এসময়-
# প্যাটার্ন লক ভুলে গেলে কয়েকবার চেষ্টা করার পর স্ক্রিনের নিচে ‘ফরগট পাসওয়ার্ড’ অপশন আসবে। সেটিতে ক্লিক করুন। এরপর সেখান থেকে নতুন প্যাটার্ন লক দিয়ে নিন।
# এছাড়া আরো একটি উপায়ে কাজটি করতে পারেন। এজন্য আপনার স্মার্টফোনের পাশে থাকা বোতামটি প্রেস করে ফোনটি সুইচ অফ করুন এবং এক মিনিট অপেক্ষা করুন।
# তারপরে একই সাথে ফোনের পাওয়ার সুইচ এবং ভলিউম ডাউন বোতাম দুটি দীর্ঘক্ষণ চেপে ধরে রাখুন। ফলে আপনার স্মার্টফোনটি রিকভারি মোডে চলে যাবে। আর একবার রিকভারি মোডে গেলেই প্রেস করা বন্ধ করুন।
# রিকভারি মোডে থাকার সময় ‘ফ্যাক্টরি রিসেট’ অপশনটি বেছে নিন। এবার ‘ওয়াইপ কেচ’ অপশনে ক্লিক করুন। এর মাধ্যমে আপনার মোবাইলের স্টোরেজের সমস্ত ডেটা পরিষ্কার হয়ে যাবে।
# এই প্রক্রিয়া সম্পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর আপনাকে আরো কিছুক্ষণ অপেক্ষা করতে হবে। তারপর ফোনটি চালু করতে হবে এবং এবার পাসওয়ার্ড ছাড়াই আপনার ফোন খুলে যাবে।
# ফ্যাক্টরি রিসেট দিয়েও স্মার্টফোন খুলতে পারবেন। তবে এতে আপনার স্মার্টফোনে থাকা কোনো ছবি বা ফাইল আর পাবেন না। যদি না সেগুলো গুগল ড্রাইভে সেভ করা থাকে।
# এছাড়াও আরো একটি কাজ করতে পারেন। সেটি হচ্ছে নতুন প্যাটার্নের একটি স্ক্রিনশট নিয়ে রাখতে পারেন নিজের ই-মেইলে। এতে অন্য কোনো স্মার্টফোন বা ডেস্কটপ থেকে সহজেই প্যাটার্নটি খুঁজে পাবেন।

# If you forget the pattern lock, after a few attempts, the ‘Forgot Password’ option will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click on it. Then get the new pattern lock from there.
# You can also do it in one more way. For this, switch off the phone by pressing the button on the side of your smartphone and wait for a minute.
# Then simultaneously long press the phone’s power switch and volume down button. As a result your smartphone will go into recovery mode. And once in recovery mode stop pressing.
# Select ‘Factory Reset’ option while in recovery mode. Now click on ‘Wipe Catch’ option. This will clear all the data in your mobile storage.
# After this process completes you have to wait some more time. Then turn on the phone and now your phone will unlock without password.
# You can open the smartphone with factory reset. But you won’t find any photos or files on your smartphone. Unless they are saved to Google Drive.
# Can also do one more thing. That is, you can take a screenshot of the new pattern and put it in your e-mail. It will easily find the pattern from any other smartphone or desktop.
